What are your postage fees?
All orders are distributed from our offices in the UK using a tracked service. We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £50. For UK orders below £50 a postage fee of £3.50 will be charged.
We also offer international delivery and the postage fee will be calculated at checkout. This can range from £5 to £20.
We choose to use a tracked delivery service so that parcels are delivered to customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3 working days for order processing. This may take longer during busy periods such as Black Friday or new launches & restocks.
Once your parcel has been dispatched it will take 3-5 working days for UK orders and 5-7 for Europe and rest of world.
If you wish to track your order and haven't received an email from the courier please email us and we will be able to help you locate this.
I'm based outside the UK - do I have to pay customs & import fees?
You may be liable for customs & import fees depending on the country within which you are based. We would recommend you contact to your local customs office prior to ordering, so that you are fully informed before you are charged. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any customs or tax payments.
Please be aware that if you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Avo, we may deduct a shipping & handling fee from your refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
You will be given the option to pay with a credit or debit card, PayPal or Shop Pay at checkout. You can also use an Avo gift card.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All items and shipping fees are processed in GBP. Please be aware if you are making an international order your bank may apply the necessary conversion rate of the currency you choose and any additional processing fees.
Can I pay for my order with Klarna?
We are sorry that we do not offer this service at present.
