What are your postage fees?

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse using a fully tracked Royal Mail or DPD service.

UK orders over £90 qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. For orders under £90, you can choose from a range of delivery options at checkout.

We also ship internationally to Ireland, the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Any applicable duties and taxes will be displayed at checkout, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are dispatched the same day or next working day. During busy periods, such as new launches, restocks, or Black Friday, please allow up to 3 working days.

For next day delivery with DPD, your order needs to be placed before 12pm.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service chosen at checkout. You'll receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

I'm based outside the UK – do I have to pay customs & import fees?

For most international destinations, any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.

If you choose to refuse delivery and your parcel is returned to us, any costs incurred as a result (including return shipping, customs, re-import, and handling fees) may be deducted from your refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna at checkout.

You can also pay using an Avo Activewear gift card.

Which currency will I be charged in?

All prices and shipping fees are processed in GBP (British Pounds).

If you’re placing an international order, your bank or payment provider may apply their own currency conversion rate and processing fees. These charges are outside of our control and may vary depending on your provider.

Can I pay for my order with Klarna?

Yes! We accept Klarna payments at checkout. Simply select Klarna as your payment method to pay later or in instalments, subject to eligibility.

I ordered the wrong item / size! What should I do?

If you've placed an incorrect order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. If your order hasn't already been processed or dispatched, we will try our best to amend it for you.
