Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse using a fully tracked Royal Mail or DPD service.

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all UK orders over £90. For orders under £90, you can choose from a range of delivery options.

We've temporarily paused international shipping while we settle into our new warehouse facility. We hope to resume this soon and will share an update when we do.

Most orders are dispatched the same day or next working day. During busy periods, such as new launches, restocks, or Black Friday, please allow up to 3 working days.

For next day delivery with DPD, your order needs to be placed before 12pm.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service chosen at checkout. You'll receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and your parcel is returned to us, any costs incurred as a result of the return (including return shipping, customs, re-import, and handling fees) may be deducted from your refund.

We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna at checkout.

You can also pay using an Avo Activewear gift card.

All prices and shipping fees are processed in GBP (British Pounds).

If you’re placing an international order, your bank or payment provider may apply their own currency conversion rate and processing fees. These charges are outside of our control and may vary depending on your provider.

Yes! We accept Klarna payments at checkout. Simply select Klarna as your payment method to pay later or in instalments, subject to eligibility.
