Shipping Information
What are your postage fees?
All orders are shipped from our UK office using a fully tracked Royal Mail service.
We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £75.
For orders under £75, a £4 postage fee will apply.
We also ship internationally — the delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note:
As a small business, we’re unable to cover any import duties, taxes or handling fees that may be applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order to avoid any surprises.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 3 working days for order processing. This may take longer during busy periods such as Black Friday, or during new product launches and restocks.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service chosen at checkout (Royal Mail or DHL). You’ll receive a tracking email once your parcel has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
If you haven’t received your tracking details, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help locate your order.
I'm based outside the UK – do I have to pay customs & import fees?
You may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes depending on the country you’re ordering from. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order so you’re fully informed about any potential charges.
Please note that Avo Activewear cannot be held responsible for any customs or tax payments applied by your local authority.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and your parcel is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the costs incurred.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Klarna at checkout.
You can also pay using an Avo Activewear gift card.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All prices and shipping fees are processed in GBP (British Pounds).
If you’re placing an international order, your bank or payment provider may apply their own currency conversion rate and processing fees. These charges are outside of our control and may vary depending on your provider.
Can I pay for my order with Klarna?
Yes! We accept Klarna payments at checkout. Simply select Klarna as your payment method to pay later or in instalments, subject to eligibility.
I ordered the wrong item / size! What should I do?
If you've placed an incorrect order, please contact us via email as soon as possible. If your order hasn't already been processed or dispatched, we will try our best to amend it for you.
