Do you accept returns?
Yes we do! We offer a free returns service for UK based customers
You can return any of your items within 14 days of receipt of your order
Items must be in unworn and unwashed condition with tags still attached to be considered for a full refund
We do not accept returns for products which have make-up, deodorant, or self-tan on them, nor products that smell like smoke, perfume, body sprays or creams
Please note that we are unable to offer a full refund if the above conditions are not met
If you are based outside the UK and wish to return an item, please email us so that we can start your return
Are there any charges for return?
We offer free returns for our customers based in the UK, simply request your return through our Returns Portal and use the provided Royal Mail label or QR code to return your order
If a return has not been requested through our returns portal or the provided Royal Mail label is not used and the order is returned at your own expense we are unable to reimburse this cost and you must include your order information within your parcel
Customers based outside the UK are responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Any customs fees incurred from products shipped to us from outside of the UK will be subtracted from the return value
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days
Please retain all proof of postage receipts until you are satisfied your refund/exchange request has been completed
Can I request an exchange for another size?
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order and returning your unwanted items to us for a refund
I have received a refund but it's for less than my original payment amount - why is this?
We will always refund you the full refund amount per product for all items meeting the refund criteria listed above. Shipping costs are not refunded if you have changed your mind about your item(s). If you have paid in a currency other than GBP, please be aware that we have no control over exchange rates and fluctuations may impact your refund amount
One or more of my items is faulty - what should I do?
Please contact us regarding your faulty items and we will be very happy to help
Please be aware that we are able to refund or replace faulty items within 6 months of the purchase date. If your purchase date is outside of this 6 month period we are unfortunately unable to provide a replacement or refund unless you are able to demonstrate that the item was faulty when you received it.
