Are you still shipping online orders? Yes. Avo is run solely by Ally, the business owner, who is able to continue packing & shipping orders as usual.
Can COVID-19 be transmitted inside my parcel? We are following the advice of Public Health England who state that there is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from post/packages/parcels.
I need to return an item from my order but I can't get to the post office due to self-isolating. Please have no concern, we are happy to extend our usual 14 days returns period for you. Please email us to let us know of your situation and we can arrange this for you directly.
Will my delivery take longer than usual? We are still able to ship internationally but continue to closely follow guidelines and we will update customers if we are prevented from doing so. In order to protect our staff we are conducting fewer drop-offs at Post Offices and parcel shops so our processing time may take longer than usual, but we are doing everything we can to send your orders out as quickly as we possibly can. Unfortunately we cannot control the delivery time of our couriers so please bear with them & us during this time.
