Designed specifically for women 5’3” and under, The Demi Hoodie has been thoughtfully created around true petite proportions rather than simply scaled down from a standard fit.
Every part of this hoodie has been reimagined for shorter frames, from sleeve length to torso length and pocket placement, so it sits exactly where it should without swamping your shape or feeling oversized in the wrong places. The result is a relaxed, flattering fit that looks intentional, not bulky, on petite bodies.
The body length is just right for shorter frames: cosy and wearable, but never overwhelming. The sleeves are tailored for shorter arms so they sit neatly at the wrist without bunching, and the kangaroo pocket has been positioned at a comfortable, natural height that works beautifully with petite proportions.
Crafted from a soft, fleece-lined cotton blend, the fabric feels beautifully cosy and elevated while still holding its structure throughout the day. Love love love these. I've got the demi jogger and hoodie in dark brown, 10/10 would recommend. The joggers and hoody are a bit more slouchy on me, I'm 4'10" but a bit bigger in the hips/glutes so opted for the medium. The length of the joggers is great, come just below the ankle so on the longer side but fit so much better than other petite ranges. And obviously no issue when wearing shoes. Hoodie fits great too, just at the wrist with a bit of give.

So amazing to find a hoodie that is the right proportions for me. At 5ft with relatively short limbs, most hoodies are way too long in the sleeve. These are perfect, and even though my body is longer in comparison it’s also great - not too long and not too short. Goes great with the joggers also.

I will never stop recommending avo for the short queens. Honestly, the quality of these hoodies and joggers are insane. Super thick, warm and soft. I’ve never had a hoodie fit my arm length but these do! The joggers are also perfect in length and it fits great round the waist too.
For reference, I’m 4ft 11 and I usually wear a size 8 in clothes. I bought a size S in both joggers and hoodie. They’re perfect. Completely worth the money. Thank you Ally for producing wearable gym clothes for the short girlies xx

This is the nicest hoodie I have ever owned. The size is perfect and it's so soft inside. I love it!
Loving my super soft hoodie, perfect length, just below my waist & perfectly placed front pocket, also sleeves, I no longer need to fold back the cuff. I’m a size 6/8 & I went for a size small as I wanted a more roomy fit. True to size.
I’m only 4ft 9ins but this top is a perfect comfortable fit.

This one has the right length body and sleeves - excellent job! Im usually a 10-12 so ordered the Medium but it's a bit baggy so could have gone smaller. Love it though!
This hoodie is super comfy and I am so glad to finally have found a hoodie that fits me so well. The sleeves are just the right length, so I no longer need to roll up the sleeves. An absolute plus is, that it has a comfy fit but i can also wear it with a nice pair of jeans.

Delighted with my hoodie! The fabric is luxe and very comfortable next to the skin. I had to go for a medium as small was out of stock but I don’t mind it being a bit looser. Easier to take on and off. For size reference I’m normally a size 10 and 5ft tall.

Super soft, cosy, good quality, perfect fit! Got the Demi jogger set in dark brown (S hoodie, S bottoms) and grey marl. (S hoodie, XS bottoms). Length is spot on in both sizes (I’m 5.1”). I’m in btwn 6-8 (with curves) & the XS fit me better. Hoodie is comfortable & great for WFH, errands or lounging. Colour wise, both are gorgeous! 🤍 🥑🤎

Where to begin, this is literally the most perfect hoodie. I love the pink toned brown colour, the sleeves are the perfect length, the weight and softness of the fabric is everything I've ever wanted from a hoodie! Why Avo is different
Most brands take a standard-size garment and just shorten it, same rise, same knee placement, just less fabric. At Avo, I design every piece from scratch for petite proportions: rise height, knee placement, pocket position, all built for women 5'3" and under from the first sketch, not scaled down after the fact.
Every piece is designed so it fits you properly. No folding waistbands, no rolling hems, no fabric bunching at the ankle. From rise to hem, every measurement is proportioned for petite frames, so you're not compromising or altering, you're just wearing it.
Avo was born from my own frustration. As a 5'1" woman, I spent years folding over waistbands and rolling up leggings, no brand fit me properly, however much I spent. So in 2018, with £3,000 in savings and no business background, I started designing my own from my back bedroom. Today I'm a mum running Avo full-time, and I still design every single product myself, because petite women deserve activewear built for them, not adapted for them.
