At last, joggers created specifically for women 5’3” and under! The Demi Jogger has been thoughtfully designed around true petite proportions rather than simply scaled down from a standard fit.
With a 25-inch inseam, the leg length sits neatly at the ankle without bunching or dragging. We’ve carefully refined both the front and back rise to suit shorter frames, creating a smoother, more balanced fit through the waist, hips and crotch so the joggers feel relaxed, not bulky, on petite bodies.
Crafted from a soft, fleece-lined cotton blend, the fabric feels beautifully cosy and comfortable while still maintaining its structure throughout the day. It has a premium, elevated handfeel that makes these joggers just as easy to lounge in as they are to wear out for a walk or style more casually on the go.

Why Avo is different

At Avo, I design every piece from scratch for petite proportions: rise height, knee placement, pocket position, all built for women 5'3" and under from the first sketch, not scaled down after the fact.
Every piece is designed so it fits you properly. No folding waistbands, no rolling hems, no fabric bunching at the ankle. From rise to hem, every measurement is proportioned for petite frames, so you're not compromising or altering, you're just wearing it.
Avo was born from my own frustration. As a 5'1" woman, I spent years folding over waistbands and rolling up leggings, no brand fit me properly, however much I spent. So in 2018, with £3,000 in savings and no business background, I started designing my own from my back bedroom. Today I'm a mum running Avo full-time, and I still design every single product myself, because petite women deserve activewear built for them, not adapted for them.
